These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in person or via our website. www.rocknpizza.com. By ordering from Rock'n Pizza, you fully accept the conditions described below.

2. Our products

All our pizzas and other preparations are homemade, using fresh ingredients, according to the recipes shown on our menu or on our website. Photos are non-contractual and presentations may vary slightly.

3. Ordering and collection

You can order :

• Directly on site
• By telephone (pick-up order)
• Via our website, with confirmation by email or telephone

We do not offer a delivery service. Orders can be collected at the agreed time.

4. Awards

All our prices are quoted in euros (€), including all taxes. The applicable prices are those in force at the time the order is placed.

5. Means of payment accepted

We accept the following methods of payment:

• 💳 Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• 💻 PayPal
• 💶 Species

❌ We do not accept cheques.
ℹ️ Payment by cheque is not customary in Portugal and is not accepted in our establishment.

6. Cancellation and withdrawal

The pizzas and dishes we offer are fresh products, prepared to order. In accordance with legislation (DL n.º 24/2014), the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods.

All confirmed orders are therefore definitive. If you have a problem, please contact us as soon as possible. In the event of an error on our part, we will find a solution (replacement, credit note or refund).

7. Withdrawal of orders

Orders are ready at the agreed time. Please collect them in good time to guarantee freshness. After a certain time, we cannot guarantee the quality of the product.

9. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the Portuguese courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
